Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Announces the Pilot Opening of the 12th Government Services Center in Russeifa
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced the pilot opening of the twelfth Government Services Center in Russeifa, marking a new step in its ongoing efforts to expand unified government services and facilitate citizens’ access to them with higher quality and efficiency.
In its initial phase, the center offers 149 government services in cooperation with 26 government entities, helping citizens save time and effort by reducing the need to visit multiple institutions. This is achieved by completing transactions at a single location within a modern, well-organized service environment.
The opening of the Russeifa Center comes as part of the Ministry’s plan to enhance digital transformation and improve the service recipient experience, through centers that focus on simplifying procedures, increasing citizen satisfaction, and providing integrated services that combine in-person and digital channels. This aligns with the government’s direction to improve public sector efficiency and expand inclusive service coverage across all governorates.
The Ministry emphasized that the pilot opening aims to test operational readiness and ensure the highest quality standards prior to the full launch. Citizens in the area are invited to benefit from the available services and share their feedback to support continuous performance improvement.
Located on the Yajouz Street branch near the Russeifa Police Directorate, the center represents a valuable addition to the network of Government Services Centers across the Kingdom. Through these centers, the Ministry seeks to reinforce the concept of citizen-centric services and deliver a smooth, fast, and professional experience that meets community needs efficiently.
