Licensees that provide Postal services

Public Postal Operator and Private postal operators who are licensed by the Telecommunications Regulatory commission (TRC) under the provisions of the private postal operator’s license by- law No. 110 of 2004 and its amendments. The Public Postal Operator: A public Shareholding Company that is entrusted with the task of providing postal services according to the provisions of the Postal Service Law No. 34 of 2007. The Private Postal Operator: any person that transports a private postal article against a fee, according to the provisions Postal Service Law No. 34 of 2007 The Private Postal Operator/International Category: The licensee who is authorized to transport private postal items addressed locally or internationally inside and outside the Kingdom –Amended Regulation No. 2 of 2011.
