 2. Request representative of the clearance company to draft a deposit order enclosed with customs documents and samples of examination.

A clearance company, authorized by owner of merchandise or vehicle, is to enclose the following documents:

 

1.        Customs documents of contents, if incoming by land.

2.        Bills of lading and manifests, if incoming by sea.
