Procedures

  • Submit a request to change the utilization category of the property.
  • Transfer the application to the Directorate of Real-Estate Rentals.
  • Transfer the application to the incoming records Section and the Legal Affairs Section to indicate whether any amounts are owed or any legal proceedings are in effect.
  • Submit the application to the Real-Estate Rentals Committee.
  • Inform the Tenant of the decision of the Committee by written letter.
  • In case of approval, a new rent contract will be arranged with the tenant and in presence of the sponsor.

Required Documents

  • Individuals:
  1. Civil Status ID for all parties.
  2. Passport for non-Jordanians.
  • Enterprises:
  1. Company’s registration certificate, a copy of the commercial registry, and a copy of the civil ID of the authorized signatory
