Procedures

1.The concerned employee shall submit time off from work official letter at the Ministry
2.The letter shall be given incoming number in the register, then transferred to the International Cooperation Directorate.
3.The director shall transfer the letter to the head of Public Relations Department to address the related party, attached with the Prime Minister’s circulation considering participation outside an official mission.  
4.After signing the letter, it shall be given outgoing number then sent to the concerned party where a copy shall be submitted to the applicant to follow with his directorate.

2.The name of cultural body he belongs to
3.The activity he is going to take part in abroad and its duration.
