Conditions for obtaining service

The Cultural Body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations.

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter inشcluding the required documents (if the application is submitted in directorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The official letter shall be given incoming number in the register and transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director studies the request, then assigns to the Head of the Follow -Up Department to send the letter to the Department of Lands and Survey.
4.The certificate shall be signed by the director, and sent to the ministry’s register to be given an outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall receive a copy of the letter addressed to the Department of Lands and Surveys to follow it up.
6.After receiving a reply from the Department of Lands and Surveys, the applicant shall be informed about the department’s submission, and a copy of the letter shall be sent to the Director of Culture in the governorate.

Required Documents

1.An official letter duly signed by the applicant including information about the land or apartment to be registered and the purpose of registration.
2.Land or apartment’s registration certificate.
3.Copy of the ID of the authorized person to sign for the Cultural Body.
