Conditions for obtaining service

1.Applicability of the conditions stipulated in the instructions of festivals and theatrical seasons on the Ministry's website at http://www.culture.gov.jo.
2.70% of the participants in the play should be members of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate.
3.The director should be an academic and a member of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate. He should have professionally directed at least 3 plays
4.It is not permissible to participate in two activities in the season or festival without a written consent of the Supreme Committee, special and very necessary cases.
5.The director has the right to participate in one theatrical work only.
6.The concert should not have participated in a previous festival.

Procedures

1.The applicant shall refer to the Directorate of Arts and Theater and fill out the application attached with a description of the entire project and all required documents.
2.Applications are received and all required documents are checked by the department employee.
3.After the end of the application period and completing all admission requirements, all applications shall be referred to the specialized committees to select the suitable offers.
4.The theatrical projects shall be evaluated by the specialized committee.
5.After the initial evaluation process, the committees meet the applicants to select the candidates.
6.The committees shall select and inform the applicants that they were accepted to participate in the festivals
7.Applicant shall refer to the Directorate of Arts and Theater and fill out the application attached with the project description and all required documents.
8.The department employee shall receive requests and audit all required documents.
9.After completing the specified period for receiving applications and completing all admission requirements, applications shall be forwarded to the competent committees to select suitable offers.
10.Theatrical projects shall be evaluated by the competent committees.
11. After the initial evaluation process, the committees shall meet the applicant to select the candidates.
12.The committees shall select and inform the applicants that they were accepted to participate in the festivals .

Required Documents

The participation application is submitted as an integrated project that includes:

1.(5) hard copies of the theatrical text and the directing vision.

2.The names of the participants.

3.The proposed financial budget.

4.The director’s biography, in addition to alternative names for the participants
