1.The Cultural body or the entity desiring to obtain entry visas shall submit an official letter at the Ministry center.
2.The letter shall be given incoming number, and then transferred to the Directorate of International Cooperation.
3.The Director shall transfer the letter to the Head of the Agreements Section to prepare a letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and shall address the concerned embassy to grant the necessary visas to the members of the delegation with a copy of the invitation, the delegation members names, and copies of their passports.
4.After signing the letter, it shall take outgoing number in the register and sent by fax to the concerned department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5.The Cultural body or the band shall receive a copy of the letter addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to follow up with the concerned parties.

•An official letter containing information about the invitation.
•An official invitation in the name of the cultural group or body including the nature of the cultural activity and its duration.
•A pledge by the association or body to take legal and financial responsibility for their participation abroad.
•A list of the names of the band members or the cultural body and copies of their passports.
