Conditions for obtaining service

A memorandum of understanding PSA or participating in production MOU for oil companies.

Depending on the concession area, might require the approval of the concessionaire company.

Procedures

  1. The official letter shall be transferred to the Information Technology Directorate/ Central Information Unit and Crude Oil and Oil Products Directorate.
  2. The applicant shall pay the service fees in the Directorate of Finance Affairs / Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and deliver the receipt to the Central Information Unit.
  3. The Central Information Unit shall prepare the required information on a CD or DVD.
  4. The delivery of information form shall be signed by both parties.
  5. The applicant shall receive the information by the Information Technology director.

Required Documents

  • A list of the information to be obtained.
  • Official letter addressed to the Ministry.
  • Personal attendance of the concerned party or the representative.

  • Investors in the oil, crude oil and mining sectors locally and internationally.
  • Government institutions and departments.
