Procedures

- Obtain a duly authenticated judgment decision and indicate that the judgment has acquired a peremptory degree.

- Payment of cassation fees according to the court fees law No. 43 of 2005 and the court fees schedule attached thereto.

- Submitting a legal petition/motion on the case; explaining the reasons and justifications of the motion by the first person or his/her legal representative.

- Approach any accountant in the Kingdom's courts system to pay the cassation fees.

- Present all the duly certified decisions and judgments issued in the case.

Required Documents

- The verdict in the case ; duly certified along with an affidavit indicating that the decision has gained the peremptory degree.

- A receipts voucher of the legal fees.
