The commercial, industrial or financial, charities or religious bodies in any country except for Jordan that would like to get permission to own immovable property and not yet have registered should submit a written application at the Ministry of Justice for the purposes of registration, based on the articles (9, 10) of the Code of conduct for persons to use the immovable property and its amendments No. 61 for the year 1953.

1. Apply for registration at the Ministry of Justice.

2. Review the Ministry of Justice’s cabinet and submit a written request for registration.

1. Attested copy of the company patent, the establishment contract, and charity or internal religious body systems or establishment conditions or any document to prove the above.

2. Names and addresses of a person or persons residing in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan commissioners who represent and manage the company, association, or religious body.
