Procedures

  1. -Submitting the application to the public service office using the approved form or an official letter from the requesting body.
  2. -Studying the applications by the concerned /the specialized directorate.
  3. Detecting the location and filling the form that consists of the following clauses:-
  4. -Preparing the initial technical report
  5. -In case of approval, it shall be submitted to the agricultural committeein the governorate headed by the governor to provide a table of priorities for implementation depending on the type of work andthe administrativegeographical area
  6. After obtaining all necessary approvals, it shall be listed within the work priorities' executive programs in thedirectorate
  7. Submission to the Secretary- General.
  8. Conducting the accreditedprocedures.
  9. In case of disapproval andillegality, no procedure shall be conducted
  10. Responding tothe  requesting body
     

Required Documents

Official application/ letter by the servicerecipients,studiesby the ministry,a report of a licensedsurveyor,andverifyingthe route,recent landsscheme, a recent organizational scheme, a recent title deed, non-objection from the road neighbors
