Procedures

-submitting the application to the office of public service.
-Registering the application or the official letter in the Ministry’s bureau. 
-Transferring it to the directorate of roads studies 
-Conducting the necessary study by the directorate of roads studies/ axial loads division to indicate the possibility of granting permits in accordance with the regulation of maximum dimensional, gross weights and engine power for vehicles no. (42) for 2002. Noting that the Ministry's approval is for the gross weights.  The over ride in dimensions and height is the specialty of the Directorate of General Security.
-Addressing the applicant body with approval or denial

-A copy of the vehicle’s license
-A copy of the customs declaration
