Procedures

1. The application is studied by a technical committee for studying and taking the right decision by either approval or rejection.
2. In case of approval, the committee’s report is accredited and is included in the executive list.
3.The execution is done through a proposing a tender for business implementation from the ministry’s headquarter or the Directorates of Works
