1. Receiving the manufacturing application, either an official letter, internal memorandum, supplies' application or a donation letter.
2.Ratifying it by the Director of the Traffic Safety Directorate and converting it to the Production Department
3. Transforming the work order to the design division (graphics) for designing the sign on computer. 
4. Issuing the order for manufacturing the required signs specifying the number and shape by the production engineer.
5. After approving the design by the engineer, the reflecting paper is cut and converted to the specified division for preparing the required iron sheet and what is necessary for installing the sign.    
6. The work order is converted to the printing department for installing the reflecting paper on the iron sheet.
7. Ready signs and frames are converted to the painting department.
8. Guiding signs (consisting of more than one iron sheet) are collected on a metal frame.
9. After finishing, the signs are delivered to the warehouse to be granted to there questing body with the necessary materials to be installed (stalls, bolts, pipes )in the location.

-Incoming applications through field detections of the traffic engineer.
- Application or letter submitted by the official authorities after obtaining the required approval duly.
