Procedures

1.Submitting the application to the public service office using the approved form, placement of the studies' 2.Directorate for the acquisition of locations for constructing roads.

3.Transforming the  transaction to the acquisition and survey  directorate  after registering it in the ministry’s main bureau     

4.Registering the transaction in the directorate's bureau 

5.Studying the transaction by the specialized department in the acquisition and survey directorate

6.Preparing the report and presenting it to the manager for approval.

7.Preparing the letter directed to the survey and land department and signing it by the General-Secretary.

8.Issuing the letter from the ministry's main bureau

9.Keeping a copy of the transaction in a private file (Directorates' Bureau  or Ministry's Bureau)
