1. Fill in the application and submit it to the public service office using the accredited form.
2. Transfer the transaction to the Director of works or traffic safety.
3. Review the request by the concerned directorate and clarify the suitability of the proposed site according to the road’s elements and their impact on the traffic safety of the road.
4. Conduct a site survey by a competent engineer
5. Determine the fees according to the road advertising fees system, instructions and technical specifications issued under it
6. Deposit an insurance cheque by the applicant and according to the decided percentage
7. Approval of the concerned director and addressing the headquarter of the Ministry
8. Reply to the applicant after the completion of all procedures
9. Issuance of a license letter for there questing body and document it in the Traffic Safety Directorate and the concerned directorate
