In order to carry out the activity, the service applicant must be funded by the Ministry of Culture .

Procedures
1.The service applicant refers to the Directorate of Heritage and submits the required documents to the staff member of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department and requests a report on its activities.
2.The staff member shall review a copy of the agreement and see the documents (electronic version of the exhibition, workshop or heritage event) to ascertain the time of activity and its relationship with the funded project. He shall see the completion report submitted by the Culture Director in the governorate in which the activity was established and shall verify its history and the data it contains.
3.The completion report shall be prepared and sealed by The Department Officer, and then signed by the Director of the Heritage Directorate or the authorized person and sealed by the Directorate's seal.
4.The recipient of the service receives the completion report from the Directorate of Heritage.
Required Documents
1.A copy of the agreement signed between the service applicant and the Ministry and obtained the support.
2.A copy of the supported project document if it is a research or a heritage film.
3.Completion report from the Culture Director in the Governorate where the activity was held.
4.If the support for organizing heritage exhibition, costumes or popular foods:

6.Gallery Photos
7.Video film to be documented at the Directorate of Heritage.
8.If the support is for research about intangible cultural heritage: a copy of the research.
