Procedures

1.The cultural body or the party that desires facilitation of delegations’ entry and exit shall submit an official letter at the Ministry center.
2.the letter shall be given incoming number in the register, and then transferred to the International Cooperation Directorate.
3.The director shall transfer the letter to the head of Agreements Section to prepare an official letter addressing the minister of Interior to facilitate delegation’s entry and exit, attached with a list of their names, and copies of their passports.
4.After being signed, the letter shall be given outgoing number and follow up date, and then submitted to the public relations officer who shall follow up with the Ministry.
5.Public relations officer in the Ministry of Culture shall refer to the Ministry of Interior to view the concerned parties’ submission regarding the delegations.
6.Informing the applicant about the Ministry of Interiors’ submission.

1.An official letter including information about the activity which is held in the kingdom
2.List of the delegation members’ names and nationalities.
3.Copies of their passports
