- The applicant must be a Jordanian citizen.

Procedures
- The applicant shall visit Health Professions Licensing Department, fill out the designated application and submit the enclosed documents.
- The documents are verified and the application form is approved.
- Dental Technician Assistant Licensing Committee reviews the documents and the application form and schedules a date for the examination (twice a year) for the holders of diploma.
- The Minister of Health approves the results of the examinations.
- If the applicant passes the examination, he/she pays the due fees in the Financial Department.
- The data of the applicant will be entered to the Professional License Issuing Program.
- The professional license is issued.
- The Minister of Health or his/her representative signs the license.
- The applicant receives the Professional License.
Required Documents
- A copy of the comprehensive diploma approved and certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan.
- An approved and certified copy of the General Certificate or transcripts of Secondary Education.
- A non-criminal record certificate.
- A copy of the Civil Status ID card.
- Two (2) personal photographs
