- The applicant must be a Jordanian citizen.

Procedures
- The applicant shall visit Dental Clinics and Centers Licensing Department, fill out the designated application and submit the enclosed documents.
- Upon reviewing the documents, the application is approved.
- The applicant pays the due fees in the Financial Department.
- The data of the applicant will be entered to the Professional License Issuing Program.
- Once the professional license is issued, the Minister of Health or his/her representative signs the license.
- The applicant receives the professional license.
Required Documents
- If the applicant is a graduate of Jordanian universities, the Bachelor degree certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan. If the applicant is not a graduate of Jordanian universities, then an equivalence letter for Bachelor degree shall be obtained from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan.
- The General Certificate of Secondary Education transcripts or certificate approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan.
- A temporary registration in the Jordanian Dental Association (for an internship).
- A noncriminal record certificate.
- A copy of the Civil Status ID card.
- Two (2) personal photographs.

Those who hold a Bachelor of Dentistry.
