Conditions for obtaining service

  • Renewing and granting temporary public driver’s licenses and construction permits to non-Jordanians

Notes

  • Certificate of good conduct from the concerned authorities.
  • Valid passport.
  • Annual residency permit valid for the driverposition.
  • Valid work permitfor the driver position.

Procedures

  • The applicant shall submit the application to the responsible officer, accompanied by the required documents and after verification,the officer shall register the application in the Directorate – incoming records section.
  • The Public Security Director shall be addressed to express its opinion. After receiving the answer, a memorandum shall be prepared and submitted the Minister with the recommendationto make the appropriate decision.
