Procedures

1. Refer to the ministry in case there is an official letter 
2.Obtaining approvals by the relevant in case ofdedicatingtoofficialorlocal bodiesandsigning the letter by the ministerbeing the one with the validity of dedication.
3. For direct purchase: a draw order is prepared for the concerned directorate with the required value and paying the amount to the fund(the National Building Council).
4. Delivering the receipts to the concerned directorate and receiving the required letters and codes.
